How do I connect the domain name?
You can start customizing your template without a domain name. When you want to put your site online, the domain is purchased separately and then connected to your site in just a few clicks from the Showit editor. It's not complicated at all, and I'll guide you through this step 🙂
Will I get support if I get stuck?
Technical support is included with your purchase (I won't leave you without help when you need it!), and Showit support also responds very quickly, directly in the editor.
Are fonts and images included?
Generally, I use free Google Fonts, which you can reuse without buying a license. Some templates require a separate license for a premium font (around €30/year). As for images, you can keep them as they are: they come from free, royalty-free font libraries.
I'm not sure I can do it?
The template is already designed and optimized for conversion: you change colors, text, and images; you're not starting from a blank page. Showit training Includes a step-by-step guide if you get stuck.

I already have a website on another platform, how do I switch?
All you need to do is Create your Showit account, Add your template in 1 click, and copy/paste the text content from your site onto your new Showit site!
It will then be possible to transfer your domain name and your old blog to Showit (depending on the subscription you choose, feel free to contact us for this).
Don't worry, it will be very easy and even faster since you will already have your text content ready!

Can I create an online store with these templates?
If you have many products and need advanced marketing and e-commerce features, we don't recommend Showit, as it won't make managing an e-commerce business easy. In that case, it might be wiser to look at a... WordPress template.
On the other hand, in the Showit training, we give the best solutions for selling online on your Showit site, so you can add a shopping cart and products to sell (an additional package of €8/month for this), and get paid for your consultations/appointments very easily.
If you primarily sell online training courses, We recommend Thrivecart which is a great tool that will allow you to create your payment pages but also to host your online courses, and all this for a one-time payment (for life, without subscription).

Are these templates compatible with WordPress?
No. These templates are designed solely for the Showit platform.
Although you have a WordPress blog included and linked to your Showit site, these templates are not themes designed for standard WordPress sites. Therefore, they do not work with other platforms such as Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress.
